Victor Hoile - Managing Director
Vic has been involved in the drilling industry for most of his life. He commenced his career as a founding partner of the Perth based water reticulation corporation 'Hugall & Hoile'. He managed all field operations of the company for 10 years and saw it grow to hold 70% of the residential water bore market in WA. In 1980 he sold his interest and moved to Broome where he established his own drilling contractor company - Kimberley Water.
He remains the only drilling contractor based in the Kimberley region and over the years has developed a wide client base encompassing several industries – pastoral and horticultural (water bores), mining and oil exploration (RC, diamond, water bores and oil well conductors) and shire and aboriginal communities (water bores).
Today, as then, Vic remains a 'hands on' operator managing a small team who pride themselves on delivering a competent first class drilling service to clients.
